The storm was in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi,
North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
There were 330 people dead.
It left 5,484 people injured. There were 150 tornadoes that touched down.

Throughout the 13 states the tornadoes were F0-F5.
The winds topped 260 miles per hour.
One tornado was five miles wide.
Over 1300 buildings were destroyed and 25,000 people were homeless.
